So using this time to record more and just get used to being on screen. The mind is a funny thing it’ll tell you so many reasons not to do things but don’t listen. Keep creating and use this time to connect or learn. So decided to show my office. I’m hanging with Elvis, Batman and fairies today. Who you hanging out with?

As we face interesting times, remember to keep learning and be positive. I started the day feeling a bit rubbish as work is being cancelled but I snapped myself out of it and decided I wasn't going to go down a route of feeling upset. I sorted out my home office, cleared my mind and got to it. Just like Mufasa said to Simba " Remember who you are" I say to you look within and you'll be fine. Don't get swept up by negativity. Few things to try: - Look at things on your todo list that you've been putting off and do some. - Schedule your social media posts - Start writing that book that has been bursting to come out of you - Think about other income avenues for your business -Start reading the book you have been putting off -Start looking into mindfulness to calm your mind- a good way to start if download headspace or calm app and do it guided or just start focusing on your breathing. Remember who you are and breathe. You've got this. (Also if you don't know who Mufasa and Simba are- whilst you're working from home you need to watch the Lion King but not the new one- don't do that to yourself😜😂)
